Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
All products must be returned in new condition (unwashed, unaltered and with original tags. Any items received with cosmetic stains, deodorant stains, stains, pet hair , perfume/detergent smell or smoke will be rejected and returned to you with shipping charges charged.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at support@unthewe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package at the buyer's expense. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@unthewe.com
